Lost Planet 2 Is a Gears of War / Resident Evil Crossover?
Today Capcom released some new screenshots from their upcoming Lost Planet 2, the sequel to their 2006 alien arctic shooter. The newest shots reveal some familiar faces, in addition to the expected BFGs and frozen tundra. It seems that when Lost Planet 2 ships, you’ll be able to take on the insectoid baddies and / or other players as Marcus Fenix and Dom from the Gears of War franchise or as Albert Wesker from Resident Evil. Personally, I’m waiting for PaRappa the Rapper to make an appearance.
Lost Planet 2 is releasing May 18, 2010, for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
