It’s that time of year when the TV networks are deciding which shows will get renewals and which will be tossed into the Firefly– and Wonderfalls– filled graveyards of cancelation. This year Chuck is on the bubble, but some crafty folks at @save_chuck on Twitter have a great idea for showing NBC that you love the show.
Here’s your mission: Stop by a Subway sometime today and order a $5 footlong sandwich. When you check out, leave a note in the store’s comment box saying that you’re eating at Subway to show the company, which is a sponsor of the show, that you are a fan of Chuck and appreciate their support. In the TV network game, money talks, and I’d bet giving a bunch of business to Subway would be a lot more effective than flooding NBC’s mailroom with peanuts, tabasco sauce, and socks.
thanks for mentioning our campaign in your article!!
Many subways (we’ve recently discovered) don’t have comment cards available anymore! people can submmit comments online here:

also many people are sending in their receipts from their subway purchases to nbc AND subway! i got three coworkers to go to subway with me at lunch (one bought two subs), so we purchased 5 subs for lunch! My fiance also took his boss out to lunch @ subway so they both saved receipts & we’re having subway for dinner as well! my entirely large family is in on it too, and they’re not even regular watchers! tell your friends – i’m sure you can convince a friend or two to hit up subway with you!
thanks so much for the support and the mention!
