Continuing our adventure into music video land, let’s get to part two. I believe that one more list will get me more or less up to date, so expect that one soon, too. Oh, and once again, use caution when listening as some may be explicit!
Mr. Gee – “If I Had a Lightsaber”
Mr. Gee gives us a list of all the super awesome cool stuff he’d do with a lightsaber.
MC Lars – “If I Were a Jedi (That Would Be Hella Awesome)” (ft. Brian Mazzaferri)
And MC Lars joins in the celebration of all things Jedi, too.
Kyle Stevens – “Grandma’s House”
Kyle performs a solo version of this Kirby Krackle favorite at his actual grandma’s house. Love it!
Bad Lip Reading – “Bushes of Love”
Well, now we all know what Obi-Wan was really worried about: what’s waiting for us all in the bushes of love. Hilarious!
Smashy Claw – “White Coats”
This is the first in Smashy Claw’s series, Claw Machine, in which they publish a new song and video every Tuesday. It’s a really cool experiment, and I hope they’re successful in their endeavor. Oh, and if you appreciate the videos, you should also support their Patreon.
Kraken Not Stirred – “Oh, the Places I’ve Been”
A tribute both to Dr. Seuss as well as the lifetime love of reading that he inspired. I think many of us can identify with this one.
TekForce – “Ode to the Retro”
If you’re an old school gamer, this song is for you. Break out your old gaming system or your emulator and celebrate the retro!
Aramis – “Black Box”
Aramis may get a bit too much into the conspiracy thinking in this song, but the sentiment about the corruption of power is something most people can understand. Plus the video is incredibly well done.
Bonecage – “Bag-a-Dees”
You should probably not watch this one in public, unless you don’t mind getting weird stares. I almost made that mistake while at the gym, but I quickly turned it off before anyone noticed. Don’t be like me: watch this while alone in your room with the lights off. Wait… that came out wrong…
Chamber Band – “Constitution”
This live version of a track from their previous album, Deities, really shows off what the band can do. Be sure to check out the entire set as well; it’s awesome!
“Please Mr. Kennedy” – from the movie Inside Llewyn Davis
Poe and Kylo Ren singing with Justin Timberlake? Yes, p…p…p…please! This is so great! And the movie is really good, too, if you like character pieces.
Stephen Vitale – “Please Kathleen Kennedy”
And of course I have to include this brilliant parody of the song, too!
RPG-Unit – “Press Start”
RPG-Unit returns with a new killer track, this time with new member Alpha Riff. Awesome!
Sammus – “1080p”
The wait for the new Sammus album, Infusion, is almost over (go pre-order it if you haven’t already done so!). Here’s the first single to tide us over until then. What a powerful statement!
Nuclear Bubble Wrap – “The Fault in Our Death Stars”
Nuclear Bubble Wrap bring us a song about an alternate Star Wars time line in which Luke joins his father in conquering the galaxy.
