Boardwalk Empire’s Final Season Has a Teaser

HBO’s Boardwalk Empire has brought us four seasons of Prohibition era extravagance, but the upcoming fifth and final season will jump ahead seven years into the Great Depression, according to actor Michael K. Williams (Chalky White on the show). Sure to be an uplifting run of episodes, this final season is set to premiere in September. Today HBO rolled out their first teaser, showing a reflective Nucky Thompson (Steve Buscemi) and implying that bad things are ahead for his titular empire.
