wonderwoman she da best!
The Joker, what can I say I like trouble makers.
It’s unoriginal, but I’ve got to say Batman. My dad had a small collection of very old Batman comics (issue numbers in the double digits) which I went nuts for as a kid. I fell away from Batman over time (mostly because of the lousy Schumacher movie sequels) but rediscovered him in my early 40s with my son. Now I’m a bigger fan than ever, going back to read story arcs I missed, reveling in the gamut of great writers who’ve worked their magic on the Caped Crusader over the years, from Frank Miller to Kevin Smith, and digging on the Bat in all his media incarnations (we’ve got all of THE BATMAN animated series on DVD, and the LEGO BATMAN and ARKHAM ASYLUM videogames will never get old in our house!).
Batman remains a fascinating character because he’s not a “super” — he’s a human being who transcends the limits of his own mortality (mainly through sheer will, though the gadgetry helps) to pursue his cause, and he stays true to his path despite all it has cost him. There is still nobility in Bruce Wayne and the Bat, and still a romantic notion that the world can be better than it is… and some people will always fight for that.
My favorite is absolutely super man – I mean clark ken and the superguy himself – total package.
My fave is SUPERMAN!
