Megacon, a big convention we attend each year in Orlando, FL, is having a mini-convention next month, and Fandomania will be there to cover it. The event will be on August 22 and 23 at the Orange County Convention Center, and it looks to be a lot of fun, especially for fans of Buffy, Twilight, and comic books. The guest list is shaping up to be impressive by regular convention standards, much less “mini-cons”, with Twilight actors Peter Facinelli and Michael Welch headlining alongside Buffy alums Charisma Carpenter, Emma Caulfield, Amber Benson, and Adam Busch. The Seventh Doctor Who, Sylvester McCoy, also will be in attendance, as will a big roster of comic book and wrestling talents. If you’re there, keep an eye out for us and say hello!
