Would love to check this out. Time travel stories? Well, LOST! But to be fair, Back to the Future holds a special place in my heart. If it comes on tv, I like HAVE to watch. You know?
As series as a whole my favorite is Doctor Who.
As a single episode, it would be the Star Trek DS9 episode “Trials and Tribble-ations”.
Well, I’m Old School and my fondest memories were of Saturday matinee movies, double features no less, for 50 cents. One of my favorite time travel features was The Time Machine [1960].An adaptation of H.G. Wells’ classic novel.
The Time Tunnel (that show from the 60’s)
I also have to say The Time Machine. We used to go see that at the show a lot for a whole 35 cents.
The Time Machine
When it comes to time travel movies, the Back to the Future series is really enjoyed by my family. My hubby is the one who’s really into time travel stuff and he was bummed when the US version of Life on Mars was cancelled after only 1 season.
Time After Time with Malcolm McDowell
Star Trek, original series, City on the Edge of Forever.
Or any episode of Dr. Who, Doctors 1-11.
My favorite tv series is Doctor Who. For the movies, Back to the Future.
The Time Machine
Somewhere in Time with Christopher Reeve
Is this considered time-travel? Short of giving out spoilers I have to say if you consider this time-travel, then Life on Mars, the BBC version is the balls. If not, then I’d go with Dr. Who.
One cannot forget Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure- so cheesy it hurts but still so much fun!
At the top of my list would be Quantum Leap. Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell were a great team.
Back to the future
Top of the list would be Quantum Leap followed closely by Doctor Who for TV shows.
I have to say my favorite time travel tv show would be Voyager, but Quantum Leap is a close second.
Back to the future is pretty epic. The title says it all!
