Part two of Season Four of Once Upon a Time begins this Sunday. The cliffhanger from the midseason finale left us shocked and delighted. Belle got rid of Rumplestiltskin, Hook got his heart back, and we saw the end of the Frozen storyline. We also got to see some of our favorite villains make an appearance. The second half of Season Four promises to be interesting. Here are some of my hopes, no matter how far-fetched, of five things I wish would happen on the show.
1. Emma, or Another Good Character, Turns Evil
I want to see a reversal on the show. I think Emma or even Snow taking the role of an evil Queen would be amazing. I get a little tired of them being too good. Sure, Snow had that incident with Cora but it was a minor blip. I think a storyline of trying to return the savior from the dark side would be interesting.
2. The Return of the Missing Plotlines/Characters
I know we are expecting Pinocchio’s return this season but what of the others? I would like to see Ruby and Jefferson return to Storybrooke. So many characters were left dangling after just one episode, like the Hansel and Gretel kids. I want Mulan back!
3. Will Scarlet Finds Someone Else
I really don’t want him back with the Red Queen/Anastasia. I disliked their chemistry on the Wonderland spin-off. He is much too fun to be tied down with her. I really hope she doesn’t make an appearance on the show. I love Will’s character too much to see him caught up with Anastasia again.
4. Henry Has Had Enough of Fairytales and Goes to School Abroad
This is definitely a fantasy scenario, but one can dream. I haven’t liked his character since Season One.
5. Regina and Robin Reunite
This is one, hopefully, has a high chance of happening. They were such a good couple. Regina deserves a little happiness in her life. She is a great complex character and I’ve always loved Robin Hood.
