It’s hard to believe that Rock Band has been around for half a decade, but we have indeed reached the hit music game’s five year anniversary! After more than 250 weeks of nonstop downloadable music, Harmonix is giving a little back to the fans with an enormous sale. Starting today, you can save 50% on more than 1,100 songs selected from the Rock Band library. The full list of songs on sale is available in the official Rock Band forums.
But of course the sale isn’t the only Rock Band news this week, because the tradition of new music every week continues with The Offspring and Smash Mouth, both delivering downloadable tracks today.
