A while back Harmonix ended their weekly downloadable song releases for Rock Band, saying that they were working on a new project. Today we know that project to be Fantasia: Music Evolved, a collaborative game they’re putting together with Disney. From the initial trailer, it looks like the game shares some DNA with the Kinect rhythm game Dance Central, but this one has players keeping time with and possibly modifying the music tracks by matching arm movements. It’s unclear what Disney or Fantasia really has to do with the game, aside from that perhaps you’re supposed to be casting Sorcerer’s Apprentice-esque spells when you wave your arms around. We do know that the soundtrack will include music from Bruno Mars and Queen, among others, and the game will be releasing on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
