Harmonix announced next week’s new downloadable content for Rock Band today, and it turns out that it’s not so new after all. The three songs coming to the XBox Live Marketplace next Tuesday are the same songs that were on the Official XBox Magazine disc released in January. The songs will be downloadable on the Playstation 3 at a later date due to the ongoing upgrades Sony is doing for the Playstation Network.

The “new” DLC will be:

  • “Rock Rebellion” by Bang Camaro – 80 MS Points ($1)
  • “Shake” by Count Zero – 80 MS Points ($1)
  • “Super Sprode” by Freezepop – 80 MS Points ($1)

All three songs are master tracks this time, and you will be able to download them as a pack of all three for 240 MS Points ($3).
