This Tumblr is a massive and awesome undertaking that has been in progress since April 2012. The Chronological Superman seeks to compile, in chronological order, every appearance of Superman, ranging from newspaper to comics to movies and beyond. They started with Action Comics #1 in 1938 and, as of this posting, are up to April 1941. Jump on board and learn a thing or three about your favorite Kryptonian!

Speaking of learning things about Superman, did you know that sometimes he can be a colossal jerk? Well, maybe he’s pretty much always a stand-up guy, but you wouldn’t know that if you based your opinion solely on the comic covers, pages, and panels featured here.
