We were at Dragon Con last week, and I wasn’t around to put up a new Fandom Tumblr of the Week. Sorry about that! In my absence, a lot of fan rage has been bubbling around the world of comic books, specifically leveled at DC Comics. Today’s Fandom Tumblr of the Week aims a harsh ray of light at what DC has been up to lately.

Why it’s great: It’s unfortunate that a blog like this one has to exist, but the fact is that DC Comics has made a lot of moves over the past few years that have driven away and angered their most devoted fans. The ability to criticize your favorite things is as essential a part of fandom as is loving adoration, so when a company messes with beloved characters and properties as much as DC has, it’s good to have someone willing to call them out on an ongoing basis.
