Halloween is one of my favorite times of year at Fandomania. I can completely delve into the supernatural. I’ve written a lot about vampires, werewolves, and so on, but I’ve never compiled a crushworthy list of hunters who keep the world safe. It’s the perfect time to do so. They fight the creatures of the night so we don’t have to. These characters are brave, wonderful, and crushworthy. And when I say hunters, these are people devoted to getting rid of evil. Without further ado, here are top ten crushworthy supernatural hunters.
In no particular order…
1. Buffy Summers (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
Buffy taught girls how to take down vampires and that we can be just as tough as boys.
2. The Winchesters (Supernatural)
They have hit their hellish bumps on the road but they’ve always protected humans from evil.
3. Harry Dresden (The Dresden Files)
Harry Dresden is always willing to sacrifice himself to stop evil in the world.
4. Blade (Blade)
Blade is fighting against his own vampiric heritage, but that makes him no less devoted to taking down evil vampires.
5. Nick Burkhardt (Grimm)
It’s been a rough journey for Nick, but that hasn’t stopped him from fulfilling his role as a Grimm.
6. Jace Wayland (The Mortal Instruments)

Jace is one of the most legendary Shadowhunters who has come along since their founding.
7. Merit (The Chicagoland Vampires)
Although she doesn’t set out to hunt down evil, Merit will protect the innocent and her vampire family from all threats.
8. The Belmont Family (Castlevania)
The famous line of vampire hunters has produced strong and brave warriors against the undead.
9. Dante (Devil May Cry)
Dante may be in it for less than noble reasons, but he always wipes out the supernatural scum.
10. Samus Aran (Metroid Prime)
Her brand of supernatural may be more unearthly, but those Metroids never have a chance.
