The Funny Music Project, aka The FuMP, is currently running a special subscription service offer during the month of January. The FuMP is home to three of my favorite artists of 2014: Devo Spice, the great Luke Ski, and Insane Ian. Mikey Mason, who appeared on my favorites of 2012 list, is also a member, and Nuclear Bubble Wrap are auxiliary members. So you know there’s some quality stuff coming from the site.
There are two levels to the subscription, with or without CDs, but both currently will get you a special USB with all of the music from 2014. Plus you’ll get a month for free! It’s a pretty cool deal!
Here are the details from the Press Release:
Fans of comedy-music take note! The Funny Music Project, aka The FuMP, announces today a special offer for the month of January. Subscribe before the end of January and get one month free along with a free FuMP branded USB drive containing all of the great comedy-music released for The FuMP’s collective of comedy musicians in 2014.
Subscriptions start at just $4.99 a month.
The USB drive will contain digital versions of all of the comedy-music compilations released by The FuMP bi-monthly in 2014, which collect all the tracks offered twice-weekly on the site. This includes The FuMP Volumes 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48, plus this year’s newest holiday-themed album “Halloween With The FuMP”. The digital versions include all of the bonus material from the compact disc versions of the compilations, such as video interviews and live performances from the acts featured on the site.
This offer is valid on all new or renewed subscriptions activated during the month of January 2015. Current subscribers whose subscription won’t be up by the time of the subscription drive will also have the opportunity to get the USB drive at a reduced price, as existing subscribers can order it until the end of the month of January from the site store. Restrictions apply. See web site for details.
