This weekend BBC aired the official trailer for the upcoming 50th anniversary Doctor Who special, “The Day of the Doctor.” The preview pays homage to all the past Doctor actors from William Hartnell up through Matt Smith, and it is surprisingly spoiler free, opting for style and nostalgia over showing actual footage from the new episode.
