Complaining about RATNER's portrayal of the characters and then saying the studio should have waited for SINGER? COLOSSUS was in X2... what did his character do in that? Complaining about Juggernaut's origin and messed up character? What about the treatment of Lady Deathstrike as a mute? Sabretooth in to a grunting villain with NO BACKSTORY with Wolverine? Shall we get on to the actual X-Men? Cyclops: leader in the comics, afterthought in the first 2 movies (Ratner's Cyclops had more depth in his few scenes than he did in the first two movies combined). Storm: Amazonian Goddess turned in to a bad actress. Jean Grey: the heart and soul of the team, relegated to having no personality. Iceman: the practical joker, now an angst ridden teen. The only really good characters were Professor X and Magneto but that has more to do with the actors who threw their weight behind them. Huh?
