Contrary to the April 1 release that Harmonix announced earlier today for Jonathan Coulton’s “Still Alive” free downloadable song for Rock Band
, the song is actually available now. If you have Rock Band for the XBox 360, there’s really no reason at all for your not leaving the computer to go get this immediately.

Harmonix has announced that this week’s Rock Band
downloadable content will be none other than “Still Alive” by Jonathan Coulton, from the hit game Portal
. This song has been a hugely anticipated release ever since JoCo made the official announcement about it coming to the game when he played it Rock Band-style in concert (see the video evidence below). Even better, the song will cost you every bit of ZERO dollars!
“Still Alive” releases on the XBox 360 tomorrow (April 1), but it won’t be on the Playstation 3 for a couple more weeks due to work Sony is doing on the PSN store.
