One of my favorite kinds of fan art is the sort that throws multiple fandoms together for some unexpected and frequently awesome results. I delved into that niche back in December with a look at some crazy crossovers, and we’re going back there this week to see even more creative pairings.

After more than one hundred Fan Art Friday posts, I realized that I’d never delved into the realm of British comedy for a spotlight. That is rectified this week with Rowan Atkinson’s signature character, Mr. Bean!

Between her new gig on The Daily Show and her recent New York Times bestseller, Suck It Wonder Woman, Olivia Munn is all over the place these days. We’ll be seeing a lot of her at and around the G4 events this weekend at Comic-Con, so it seemed like a good time to show off some of the art her fans have unleashed across the interwebs.

This week’s big comic fan controversy has been the unveiling of Wonder Woman’s new costume that will be featured in J. Michael Straczynski’s run on the comic. We’re going to be saying goodbye to the classic outfit, at least for a while, so this week’s Fan Art Friday pays homage to the familiar star-spangled duds.
