The only thing I wish they would have brought up was the idea that the Doctor shoudl have mentioned a regret for not destroying the Dalek creator back when he was traveling with Mary Jane as the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker). I remember in that episode he told Mary Jane that he could not destroy him as it woudl change time too much and that he compared it to destroying Hitler. I would have liked for him to make some kind of referrence to that decision so long ago.
