Dr. Horrible Returns for an Unofficial Prequel

If the mega-popular web series Dr. Horrible’s Singalong Blog didn’t sate your need for musical superheroes and villains, a new unofficial fan film recounting the origins of the good (bad) doctor and his eventual nemesis, Captain Hammer, just might fit the bill. Horrible Turn is a new prequel video, made by fans of the original series, and it looks to feature younger versions of the characters played by Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion in Singalong Blog. The prequel series’ website advertises the premiere date as November 10, 2009 (11-10-9, awesomely enough), and a trailer is now online.
