My favorite robot villian is the bionic-robotic Bigfoot that was featured in a couple or so episodes of the old ‘The Six Million Dollar Man’ TV series! Portrayed by the late great Andre’ “The Giant”. And in another episode, the late great Ted Cassidy!
From Doctor Who I would have to pick the Cybermen. Of all time, I would have to pick Bender of Futurama.
Would have to be the villians in the Terminator movies, staring with Arnold in the first flick!
