We have been trying since February to get them to sort out our account. They are still taking money even though we have asked them to stop, they send unsolicited goods, the Customer Services staff (in South Africa) are rude and unhelpfull and they don't even acknowledge emails. Perhaps we are just unlucky? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH EAGLEMOSS!!!!!
