This week sees a new full album release as downloadable content on Rock Band. Available today on the Xbox 360 and Wii and on Thursday on the Playstation 3 is Megadeth’s Rust in Peace.

The big releases just keep coming, as at least a couple of top tier gaming titles hit stores this week. The biggest and most anticipated release of the week is arguably Bioshock 2, but Dante’s Inferno isn’t far behind.
The friendly folks at the Phoenix Comicon just sent us a press release announcing the addition of James Marsters to this year’s guest list. I went to check out the rest of their guest roster and was blown away by the awesome lineup of geek-centric celebs they have coming.

Immediately following this Sunday’s Super Bowl XLIV, a special recording of the performance planned by The Who for their Halftime Show will be available for purchase and play in Rock Band on the Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii (coming soon for Playstation 3) for 160 Microsoft Points ($1.99).
