This time on my adventures in the beta, I thought I would show some more screenshots and give a little information about some quests. There are spoilers, so if you want to be surprised, don’t read!

Richie Branson, he of the Star Wars: The Old Republic and Gundam Wing mixtapes, wants to bring nerdcore to a wider audience. Since he’s already made a name for himself as a producer, it’s entirely possible he might be able to do it. Toward that end, he has begun what he calls “Otaku Tuesdays” in which he creates songs about various anime series.

We can easily Google where the actors are and stalk them out on Twitter for an @ reply, but we’re left with only assumptions about the actual characters. Did Eric ever amount to anything? How many kids did Cory and Topanga have? Mr. Feeny ever retire?

How many people remember watching and loving a movie as a child and then have not watched it since then? Recently I’ve decided to travel back into my childhood, and find out whether some of the movies I loved decades ago live up to those my memories. First up, Batman: The Movie (1966).

Tweens screaming, collecting everything a cutie’s face is on, and fits of the shakes when near them… for a character in a book? For generations, teenybopping was reserved for heartthrob actors in cutesy movies and TV shows and skillfully-crafted boy bands. No more.
