Author Archives: Ginny McQueen

Ginny McQueen grew up being that weird punk girl who played bass guitar and never showed up to school. She started along her geek ways when she began watching Sailor Moon at the age of 13. After that it just snowballed into making her the big geek she is today.

She’s been cosplaying (making and dressing up in costume) since 1998, winning 18 costuming awards, and now works for Cosplay.com - the world’s biggest cosplay site, and the number 1 cosplay supply store, cosworx.com. She also enjoys modeling, playing video games, watching all the best sci-fi shows, and the occasional good read. Also, bonus points for anything with British humor or dinosaurs.

Hailing from Philadelphia, PA, Ginny now lives in Las Vegas, NV with her boyfriend and their 2 cats. She’s often mistaken for a 14 year old, but she’s not complaining.

You can check out more of Ginny’s costuming, modeling, and her personal blog at GinnyMcQueen.com.
